*Meaning of records characterizing the state of objects:

Available - the object is in the portfolio, currently in a passive state; you can offer its activation - exclusive licensing or expropriation; Date of registration;
In the auction process - there is an auction process of exclusive licensing or expropriation of the object;
Licensed - the exclusive license to use the object is put up for auction, the start and end date of the license;
Assigned - all rights have been assigned to assignee;
Ceased - the object is morally obsolete and has become irrelevant, the date of termination;
Offered - it is possible to purchase a simple license for the right to use the object.
